Key Responsibilities:.
- Manage daily pub operations and ensure excellent customer service..
- Recruit, train and supervise staff..
- Organise staff rotas and control labour costs..
- Manage stock, ordering, cash handling and budgets..
- Drive sales, increase profitability and control expenses..
- Oversee live music, DJs, sporting events and private functions..
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations..
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service and organisation..
Requirements:.
- Previous pub management experience is essential..
- Strong leadership and communication skills..
- Good understanding of stock control, budgeting and financial performance..
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and late nights..
- Reliable, organised and proactive attitude..
- Personal licence is a plus..
