The Philanthropy team has ambitious growth targets for the next 3 years, aiming to double our network of donors, deepen engagement with long-standing supporters, and broaden our global network of advocates. The primary purpose of this role is to support the Philanthropy team with recruiting and stewarding World Fellows, delivering communication materials, and managing donor relationships. You will manage your portfolio of donors, working to deepen their connection to our cause and inspire transformational gifts.

This collaborative role involves working closely with colleagues across the Foundation and key supporters to nurture meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support the Foundation's World Fellowship programme and network; develop relationships with donors.
  • Maintain regular contact with donors through events and communications.
  • Coordinate with the events team for invitations and follow-up.
  • Account manage a group of donors, creating reports and stewardship materials.
  • Conduct prospect research and plan engagement approaches.
  • Prepare publications and materials for donors and supporters.
  • Keep detailed records on our CRM, Salesforce.
  • Ensure timely processing of payments.
  • Support other duties to achieve Fundraising Department goals.
