- Monitor performance, analyse data and support organisations to achieve their targets.
- Champion inclusion by increasing participation among young people experiencing marginalisation.
- Conduct licence reviews and support the onboarding of new organisations.
- Contribute to grant-funded projects, national events and cross-team initiatives.
What we are looking for:
You’ll be a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and influencing others. You’ll be highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage a varied workload while working independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent organisational, administrative and communication abilities.
- Experience analysing information and using data to inform decisions.
- Confidence delivering meetings, presentations and training sessions.
- Knowledge of, or experience with, the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, education, or youth work sectors (desirable).
