- Build and maintain positive relationships with Licensed Organisations.
- Provide day-to-day support, guidance and training to DofE staff and volunteers.
- Develop and implement plans to help organisations grow and improve their DofE provision.
- Monitor performance, participation and targets using DofE systems and reporting tools.
- Conduct licence reviews and support the licensing of new organisations.
- Encourage greater participation from young people experiencing marginalisation.
- Attend and deliver meetings, training and presentations both online and in person.
- Support the planning and delivery of regional and national DofE events.
- Contribute to projects and working groups across the organisation.
- Support funding applications and project reporting where required.
- Help deliver the DofE Strategy and England Business Plan.

- Live within, or close to, the Central London portfolio area.
- Be willing to travel regularly across the portfolio.
- Be able to work occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Be willing to undertake occasional overnight stays for meetings and events.

**The geographical allowance is based on a member of staff having a home or office-based postcode within 30 miles (as the crow flies) from Charing Cross, WC2N 5HS. The allowance is 7% capped at Β£4,000 per annum.
