ASL Invoice & Administration Assistant – Part Time
Join to apply for the ASL Invoice & Administration Assistant – Part Time role at The Duke of Edinburgh\’s Award.
We are looking for an Invoice and Administration Assistant to support our team. This part‑time role works 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8 am‑1 pm, with flexible hours. The role is home‑based with travel to our Edinburgh office at least twice a month.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Perform daily banking reconciliation.
- Process grant funding applications.
- Open and close accounts.
- Answer customer queries, always ensuring a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience and demonstrated working knowledge of accounting packages such as Sage or Business Central.
- Knowledge of the MS Suite, including Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience with daily banking reconciliation.
