To provide clerical, administrative, and reception duties for the Paediatric Department. To contribute to efficient and effective paediatric care by ensuring all children\βs records are maintained correctly from admission to discharge.
The Children\βs Ward is a busy and challenging environment, and the successful applicants will need to be motivated and flexible to meet the needs of the service. The role will cover weekend day shifts (both Saturdays and Sundays) and Bank Holiday shifts, as well as weekday working. The shifts are early (8-4), late (10-6), and weekends (9-5).
Previous experience in a clerical role is preferred.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Band 2 Ward Clerk on the Paediatric Ward at Russell\βs Hall Hospital. The Children\βs Ward comprises a PAU, HDU, Day case, and Adolescent area. It is an exciting time in children\βs services, and we strive to put the children at the heart of everything we do and ensure good quality care is always given.
