Building Surveyor (Home-Based) – Rural Estates

Location : Staffordshire

Type : Full-time

Salary : £50,000

We’re recruiting for a talented professional to join the Duchy of Lancaster and play a key role in maintaining and improving their estate.

Role Requirements

Qualification : Preferred but not essential (RICS accreditation desirable).

Experience :

• Writing specifications
• Repairs and PPM
• Strong technical knowledge
• Alterations and design
