A unique opportunity has arisen. The Duchess’s Community High School, part of Pele Trust, is seeking to appoint an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to help lead the next stage of the school’s development. This is a significant leadership opportunity in a school with deep roots in its community and a clear ambition for the future. This role carries whole-school responsibility and offers the opportunity to shape strategic improvement whilst working within a collaborative and supportive leadership team.

We are looking for someone who combines clarity with warmth, can build trust quickly, and who believes culture is shaped through consistent daily actions.
