The Drum Awards team is seeking a highly organized recruiter/coordinator to manage jury recruitment and judging logistics across The Drum's awards portfolio, starting with the B2B Awards during a maternity cover. You will work with senior stakeholders to ensure panels are recruited on time and processes run smoothly.

The role requires an end-to-end understanding of the judging workflow, hands-on delivery, and close collaboration with Event leadership, taking ownership of recruitment tracking.
