The Drum Awards team is seeking a highly organised recruitment coordinator to lead the recruitment and coordination of judges across The Drum's awards portfolio during a maternity cover period. You will work with event producers and internal teams to ensure panels progress on schedule, manage communications, and maintain high standards across multiple regions and programmes.
Reporting to the Event Director, you will help develop processes, track recruitment targets, and support judging days.
