We’re seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Executive to focus on driving group dining, group bookings, private hire, and events business across their Edinburgh and Newcastle venues as well as increase general brand awareness and business development. This role is ideal for someone well-connected in the local business and social community, who can build strong relationships and maximise revenue opportunities. Working closely with the wider sales and marketing team, you’ll deliver targeted outreach and networking to increase bookings and grow their presence in the Edinburgh and Newcastle markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive proactive outreach to local corporate and private dining prospects, converting leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Host site visits and events to showcase our venues and secure new business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Edinburgh and Newcastle's business community to secure repeat and referral bookings.
  • Manage the Edinburgh & Newcastle Concierge Programme, strengthening relationships with local businesses, hotels, and partners.
  • Attend targeted networking events weekly to raise the profile of their Edinburgh & Newcastle venues.
  • Act as the local point of contact for private hire and group dining enquiries, ensuring a fast, personal response.
  • Leverage local knowledge to identify new opportunities and establish strong community connections.
  • Have a presence in the Edinburgh venues each week and occasionally in Newcastle.
  • Work closely with the wider sales and venue teams to deliver on Edinburgh & Newcastle-specific revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure outreach is supported by targeted campaigns and activations.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline, conversion rates, and opportunities to inform strategy.
