We're hiring! The Dresser is a ladies' fashion boutique based in Banbridge, with a growing community of loyal customers. We are looking for a friendly, reliable Retail Assistant to join the team and help deliver a brilliant in-store experience.
About the role:
- You will be a key part of the shop floor team, focused on customer service and daily retail tasks. This role is in-store only; it does not include online order fulfilment.
Main responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers and providing a warm, helpful in-store experience.
- Serving customers at checkout and supporting smooth day-to-day store running.
- Helping customers with styling, sizing, and product questions.
- Supporting other team members during busy periods.
- Unpacking, organising, and sorting new deliveries for the store floor.
- Keeping the store tidy and well stocked.
What we are looking for:
- Friendly, confident communication and a genuine interest in helping people.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable and punctual, comfortable working Fridays and Saturdays.
- Willingness to learn; full training provided.
- Retail experience is a plus, but not essential.
