Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at The Dragon in Willington. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our establishment, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Your contributions will help uphold our reputation for excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to the highest standards.
• Ensure all linens and towels are laundered and replaced as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist in setting up for events or special occasions as required.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests efficiently.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and staff.
