The Dr Hickey Surgery in Westminster is seeking a compassionate Street Outreach Worker (Health) to engage people sleeping rough and connect them with primary care, housing, welfare benefits, and support services. You will work with GPs, housing providers, and outreach teams to reduce health inequalities and improve wellbeing.
Based in Westminster with regular outreach across the area, you will help service users access healthcare, navigate benefits, and access housing and immigration advice
