About the Role:
As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our food and beverage venues. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, developing and supporting your team, and driving service excellence and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a motivated food and beverage team across all outlets including restaurant and bar.
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure seamless service delivery and outstanding guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and presentation throughout all F&B outlets.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service.
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective team leadership and operational strategies.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to maximise productivity and enhance team performance.
- Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally, resolving any service issues efficiently.
- Participate in budgeting, inventory control, and cost management to achieve financial targets.
