The Quality Manager is a senior operational leader responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations during duty periods, ensuring seamless service delivery, guest satisfaction, and safety at all times. This role performs regular Duty Manager shifts, while also providing leadership and oversight to the Duty Manager team, holding direct responsibility for security operations, CCTV oversight, and supporting Health.
