This Quality Manager role is a wonderful opportunity for an individual who excels in delivering guest experience, has a passion for luxury hospitality, and strong leadership skills. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations during duty periods, ensuring seamless service delivery, guest satisfaction, and safety at all times. You will champion the delivery of Forbes Travel Guide standards, ensuring the teams across all operational departments are performing.
This role performs regular Duty Manager shifts, while also providing leadership and oversight to the Duty Manager team, holding direct responsibility for security operations, CCTV oversight, and supporting Health & Safety compliance. The Quality Manager acts as the hotel’s senior decision-maker on shift, with particular accountability for guest complaint resolution, incident management, VIP handling, and risk mitigation, ensuring alignment with The Doyle Collection brand standards, Forbes Travel Guide (FTG), and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA).
