We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Director of Sales to lead the commercial operations across three prestigious London properties within The Doyle Collection: The Marylebone, The Bloomsbury, and The Kensington.
Lead the commercial strategy and execution across The Marylebone, The Bloomsbury, and The Kensington to achieve budgeted revenue targets.
- Develop and drive annual commercial plans and sales strategies.
- Manage and mentor the sales teams, ensuring a culture of high performance and continuous development.
- Oversee market segment sales strategies including groups, rooms, meetings, and events.
- Build strong client relationships through direct engagement, site inspections, and key industry events.
- Ensure effective use of sales tools and collateral to maximise selling opportunities.
- Coordinate across departments and feeder markets to optimise brand awareness and revenue performance.
Proven leadership experience in sales within the hospitality industry, preferably managing multiple properties. Excellent communication, mentoring, and team management skills. Experience in driving B2B initiatives and managing complex sales cycles.
