We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the commercial operations across three prestigious London properties within The Doyle Collection: The Marylebone, The Bloomsbury, and The Kensington. As a key member of the leadership team, you will devise and execute strategies to deliver budgeted revenue goals while leading, mentoring, and inspiring your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial strategy and execution across The Marylebone, The Bloomsbury, and The Kensington to achieve budgeted revenue targets.
- Develop and drive annual commercial plans and sales strategies.
- Manage and mentor the sales teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.
- Oversee market segment sales strategies including rooms, meetings, and events.
- Collaborate with the Director of Revenue on pricing, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.
- Build strong client relationships through direct engagement, site inspections, and key industry events.
- Maintain competitive market awareness to proactively respond to evolving market trends.
- Ensure effective use of sales tools and collateral to maximise selling opportunities.
- Coordinate across departments and feeder markets to optimise brand awareness and revenue performance.
