As a Head Linen Porter, you will be passionate about working in a team that ensures the highest levels of cleanliness for our guests in our bedrooms and public areas. We are looking for flexible and dedicated people who enjoy being part of a team. You will lead the linen porter team, ensuring standards are held, and our guests are receiving the highest possible service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organise all floor cupboards and ensure all items as per list are stocked on the appropriate shelves with respective labels.
  • Check linen levels and quality of daily deliveries.
  • Oversee all porters, navigate them and supervise.
  • Check and monitor delivery notes, delivering them to management daily.
  • Perform monthly stock check, and inform management throughout the month if items are running low.
  • Consistent delivery of the brand and proud values, as well as following LQA and Forbes service standards during your interactions with the guests.
