As the Executive Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu creation, food preparation, kitchen staff management, and ensuring high-quality culinary offerings for guests. You will play a crucial role in shaping the culinary identity and reputation of the hotel and its outlets (bar, restaurant, banqueting and in-room dining), striving to exceed guest expectations and contribute to the overall success of The Kensington Hotel.
