The Marylebone Hotel, a luxury and contemporary destination in the heart of London, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee our 108 Brasserie, Cocktail Bar, and Meetings & Events operations.
About the Role:
As the F&B Operations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our diverse outlets. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, developing and supporting your team, and driving service excellence and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a motivated food and beverage team across 108 Brasserie, the Cocktail Bar, and Meetings & Events.
- Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of quality, service, and presentation throughout all outlets.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, events, and front-of-house teams for smooth coordination.
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective team leadership and operational strategies.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to maximise productivity and team performance.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
- Participate in budgeting, inventory control, and cost management to meet financial targets.
- Support the delivery of successful meetings and events, ensuring all client requirements are met.
