Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of The Bloomsbury Club Bar , ensuring exceptional service and smooth efficiency.
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of bartenders and front-of-house staff.
- Develop and curate a world-class cocktail menu, incorporating innovation and seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain stock control, manage supplier relationships, and oversee budgeting and cost management.
