We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and guest-focused Assistant Front of House Manager to join our exceptional team at the Bloomsbury hotel. If you have a passion for hospitality and thrive in a dynamic, luxury environment, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that sales/upgrade targets are set, achieved and improved where appropriate
  • To take responsibility for Guest Profile Management ensuring compliancy with company standards
  • To oversee, coordinate and communicate with all front office personnel to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate for the purpose of maximising revenue for the hotel
  • To strive for 88% in the FORBES audit by incorporating training and quality checks for all departments within FOH
  • To establish and maintain consistent and effective operational procedures and standards within the Reception and Guest Services departments to ensure that customer service is consistently high
  • To actively participate in any training and development activity designed to improve standards and performance levels
  • To create a high performance working environment which encourages, rewards and recognises the delivery of the Proud and Brand Values and Company vision
