As a Room Service Waiter, you will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering food and beverages with professionalism, efficiency and genuine hospitality. You will be part of a team that takes pride in exceeding expectations and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering food and beverages to guest rooms efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Setting up and clearing room service trays, trolleys and tables.
- Taking guest orders accurately and providing menu knowledge and recommendations.
- Ensuring all orders are presented beautifully and delivered promptly.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the room service and service areas.
- Handling guest requests professionally and resolving any issues quickly and effectively.
- Working closely with the Kitchen, Bar and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Complying with all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
Skills
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
- Previous Food & Beverage or luxury hospitality experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
