Are you passionate about creating exceptional colleague experiences and building a strong workplace culture? We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative

Engagement & People & Culture Executive to champion employee engagement across our London hotels.

Working closely with our People & Culture teams and operational leaders, you will play a key role in delivering engagement, wellbeing and recognition initiatives that bring our values to life.

From coordinating colleague events and driving Great Place to Work activities to supporting onboarding and wider People & Culture projects, this is a varied role for someone who enjoys connecting with people and making a positive impact across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Driving employee engagement initiatives across our London hotels.
  • Coordinating monthly, quarterly and annual colleague events, celebrations and wellbeing activities.
  • Supporting Great Place to Work action plans, power groups and colleague feedback initiatives.
  • Creating engaging internal communications and content that reflects our culture and values.
  • Managing recognition programmes including Proud Celebrations, Service Awards and colleague recognition activities.
  • Organising colleague engagement initiatives such as Birthday Lunches, Pay Day Breakfasts and international celebrations.
  • Building strong relationships with leaders and colleagues to understand engagement opportunities and challenges.
  • Supporting onboarding activities, colleague orientations and retention initiatives.
  • Monitoring engagement trends, sharing best practice and identifying new ideas to enhance the colleague experience.
  • Providing administrative and project support to the London People & Culture teams as required.

Skills

  • Previous experience in employee engagement, People & Culture, HR, hospitality or internal communications.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A creative and proactive approach with the ability to generate fresh ideas and bring them to life.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence working with colleagues at all levels of the business.
  • A genuine passion for people, wellbeing, recognition and creating positive workplace experiences.
  • Experience within hospitality would be advantageous but is not essential.
