Cluster Senior Sales Manager covering MICE to lead our sales activities across our three hotels – The Marylebone, The Bloomsbury, and The Kensington.
In this role, you will be instrumental in developing innovative sales strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & implement sales strategies to maximise MICE business across three prestigious London hotels.
- Target corporate clients, event planners, and industry professionals to boost revenue.
- Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to create impactful promotional campaigns.
- Analyse market trends and feedback to adapt sales tactics and seize opportunities.
- Work closely with hotel management for seamless MICE event execution.
- Manage and grow key accounts, maintaining up-to-date records in Opera Sales and Catering systems.
- Monitor business demand and pipeline, focusing on private dining and weekend events.
- Balance occupancy and rate objectives to optimise booking value.
- Follow up on enquiries rigorously to achieve maximum conversion.
- Attend tradeshows and partner events representing Doyle Collection hotels.
- Develop new market pipelines with local partnerships.
- Present departmental performance and pipeline revenue at meetings.
- Handle enquiries efficiently, maximising up-selling and revenue conversion.
- Collaborate with M&E sales colleagues to drive revenue from existing clients; monitor enquiries via Cvent and other portals.
- Prepare and submit statistical, performance, and forecast reports regularly.
- Host FAM trips and site inspections, ensuring clear communication with management and operations.
