We are hiring a passionate

Head Bartender to lead the 108 Bar.

You’ll craft innovative cocktails, manage inventory, and train our team to deliver an excellent guest experience.

If you have a flair for mixology, great leadership, a track record of driving bar sales, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment apply below!

Responsibilities include

  • Proactive maximisation of revenue from all available sources whilst delivering excellent service to your guests.
  • Using available management information to inform proactive continuous business improvement activity (i. e. feedback from guests, LQA), responding proactively to address and correct any areas of underperformance.
  • Ensuring that other relevant departments in the hotel are aware of any restaurant promotions and selling opportunities to maximise guest spend in the food and beverage outlets.
  • Careful and efficient management and control of costs associated with the operation of the restaurant.
  • To maintain a constant focus on quality – both in terms of the product and service offered.

Championing LQA, Forbes and Hotel standards, motivating the entire team to do the same.
