We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Events Waiter / Waitress to join our team at The Marylebone.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team delivering exceptional events and memorable guest experiences, from private dinners and celebrations to corporate functions and special occasions. You will play a key role in ensuring every event is delivered seamlessly and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Providing warm, professional and attentive service at events and functions.
- Setting up event spaces, including tables, linen, glassware and equipment.
- Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensuring event areas are presented and maintained to the highest standards.
- Working closely with the Events, Kitchen and Operations teams to deliver seamless service.
- Anticipating guest needs and responding positively to requests.
- Supporting with the clearing and resetting of event spaces.
- Ensuring all health, safety and food hygiene standards are followed.
Skills:
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
- Previous Food & Beverage or events experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a strong team spirit.
- The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
