As our Cocktail Bartender for our River Lounge and Rick's, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of service within the bars that meets and exceeds guest’s expectations while achieving and surpassing profitability and revenue goals for these areas. Passionate about cocktails & drinks, you will be leaving guests wanting to return again and again.
Please note we are currently looking for someone to join us on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). Due to the nature of the role, we require the successful candidates to be available in the evening and at the weekend.
The successful candidate will have cocktail making experience and have a genuine interest in mixology.

Open until late from Wednesday to Sunday, Rick’s is the perfect setting to enjoy expertly crafted signature cocktails over long leisurely get-togethers on Bristol’s iconic harbourside.
Overlooking the harbour, The River Lounge is the perfect spot to sit and watch the world go by. Here local ales and draught beers are celebrated along with Bristol-distilled gin. Serving up tasty interpretations on classic blends, alongside bold, imaginative cocktails, The River Lounge ticks all the boxes for cocktail aficionados.
