We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented UCAS Manager to join our friendly and supportive Sixth Form Team. You will play a vital role in guiding our sixth form students through the complexities of UCAS, providing expert advice, personalised support, and ensuring every applicant is fully prepared for their next steps.
The successful candidate will:
- oversee and coordinate the UCAS process for all university applicants
- deliver workshops, one-to-one support, and guidance on personal statements and university choices
- work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes
- be organised, proactive, and knowledgeable about the UCAS process
- have experience supporting young people in an educational environment
- hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- be flexible, confident and friendly individual who can build strong relationships across the Trust
