We are back working with a valued client of ours looking for an Office Manager in their well established team.

The duties of the Office Manager as are follows-

  • Overall management of the administration office and day-to-day running of office operations.
  • Supervision, training, support, and performance oversight of the administration team.
  • Allocation and prioritisation of workloads, holiday planning and ensuring adequate administrative cover.
  • Training and supervision of multiple teams across the board.
  • Acting as the primary point of escalation for customer service and administrative queries.
  • Liaising daily with Production, Warehouse, Samples team, Accounts, customers, suppliers and transport providers to ensure the smooth flow of information.
  • Monitoring outstanding customer orders, production progress, dispatch schedules and unresolved administrative issues.
