I have a very exciting opportunity based in Bishops Stortford to join a fab team within a Multinational company.
Responsibilities:
- Learning the product range
- Provide support and assistance to the sales team as required
- Maintain and update the CRM database
- Enter customer orders, as received to the internal system
- Process any customer enquiries regarding despatch dates, pricing, technical enquiries over the phone
- Touch base with clients after new marketing campaigns are rolled out
- Proactively target both new and selected existing accounts (no cold calling!)
- Upsell products where possible
Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills including MS office suite
- Sage and CRM use is a distinct advantage
- Proactive
- Excellent communication skills over the phone and via email
- Ability to multitask
