Working for a very good client of ours who have an excellent reputation in their industry! My clients are looking for someone to cover all areas of Property Management.
The Duties:
- Daily liaison with tenants, landlords and contractors; dealing with questions, repairs, complaints and updates.
- Daily liaison with Lettings team regarding on-going issues.
- Daily updating of specified areas of the property management database of all works.
- Ensuring contractor compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
- Updating SME with daily maintenance issues and progress.
- General correspondence and reports.
- Organising quotes for repair/maintenance on behalf of landlords and overseeing works.
- Notifying utility companies of start and end of tenancy details.
- Processing the check out inventory process, agreeing deposit deductions by negotiation and process through DPS.
- Ensuring that you are up to date on lettings legislation.
- Conducting probate inspections.
- Weekly fire alarm testing.
- Arranging annual gas safety inspections.
- Processing contractor invoices through SME.
The Person:
- Minimum of 2 years experience, and sound knowledge of Private Rented Sector.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Thrives off of a fast paced environment.
- MUST drive with own car.
