Working for a very good client of ours who have an excellent reputation in their industry! My clients are looking for someone to cover all areas of Property Management.

The Duties:

  • Daily liaison with tenants, landlords and contractors; dealing with questions, repairs, complaints and updates.
  • Daily liaison with Lettings team regarding on-going issues.
  • Daily updating of specified areas of the property management database of all works.
  • Ensuring contractor compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
  • Updating SME with daily maintenance issues and progress.
  • General correspondence and reports.
  • Organising quotes for repair/maintenance on behalf of landlords and overseeing works.
  • Notifying utility companies of start and end of tenancy details.
  • Processing the check out inventory process, agreeing deposit deductions by negotiation and process through DPS.
  • Ensuring that you are up to date on lettings legislation.
  • Conducting probate inspections.
  • Weekly fire alarm testing.
  • Arranging annual gas safety inspections.
  • Processing contractor invoices through SME.

The Person:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience, and sound knowledge of Private Rented Sector.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Thrives off of a fast paced environment.
  • MUST drive with own car.
