A very valued client of ours based in Harlow are looking for someone to join them temp-perm in a property based position. The role is a very reactive role so someone flexible and happy to be out on the road and visiting properties is a must for them - with own car and driving licence!
The role:
- Communicating with contractors and organising key drop offs
- Inspecting works carried out on sites and meeting organisations for inspections
- Daily communication with tenants in all forms of communication including property visits
- General admin to keep the CRM system updated with any site inspection/maintenance information
The Person:
- Great communicator who can act well under pressure
- Driver with own car
- Experience within customer service and admin based roles
- Someone who is happy to be out of the office regularly
The role is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. NO weekends needed.
