A long standing client of ours are looking for a Hospitality Team leader to join their well established team and provide excellent service to their hospitality sector.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the Hospitality Team
- Communicating goals and deadlines to team members
- Updating spreadsheets with installation information, service requirements and completion information
- Planning workloads and delegating tasks
- Assisting with the daily operation of the Service desk
- Performing customer service functions, including interacting with customers and answering questions, also attending weekly meetings
- Providing teams with information about recent developments, programmes and policy changes
- Ensuring customer SLAs are met within required deadlines
- Customer Reporting and Invoicing on a weekly basis
- Assisting with any other admin tasks within the team
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent Excel skills and competency in other Microsoft packages
- Good national geographical knowledge desirable but not essential
- Previous Team Leader/ Leadership role desirable
- Able to think fast and problem solve efficiently
- Extremely good attention to detail
- Great customer service
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Good organisation skills
