We have a great opportunity for a Dispatch and warehouse operative to work on a temp-perm basis at a valued client of ours based in Harlow.
The role:
- Warehouse operations and manual handling
- Order picking, packing and shipping
- Use of the PC & PDA scanners for warehouse management system & external courier shipping systems
- Working closely with couriers such as DPD & DX delivery
- Working within a small team
- Operation of various mechanical handling equipment (pallet trucks, lifting tables & trolleys)
The person:
- Experience within warehouse positions
- Physically fit to move goods
- Good attention to detail when checking items
- Confident with the use of the PC/PDA systems
Hours of work:
- Monday to Thursday: 8.00am - 4.30pm
- Friday: 8.00am - 4.00pm
