We are seeking 2 Fundraising Volunteers to help develop and execute our fundraising strategy, supporting efforts to secure funding that will expand and sustain the impact of our work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of a clear and actionable fundraising strategy
  • Support the planning and delivery of fundraising activities and campaigns
  • Identify and research potential donors, grantmakers, and corporate sponsors
  • Assist in writing compelling funding proposals and applications
  • Maintain and update donor records and communications
  • Help build and nurture relationships with supporters and funding partners
  • Collaborate with trustees and programme leads to ensure alignment between fundraising efforts and organisational priorities

Person Specification:

  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and outreach messages
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Interest in the non-profit sector and a strong alignment with the mission and values of The Dove Foundation
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in fundraising strategy, bid writing, or donor relations (desirable but not required)
