The kitchen is led by a highly respected Head Chef relocating from London, bringing experience from Michelin-standard kitchens. The food concept is centred around exceptional seasonal produce, cooked with skill, simplicity, and a focus on fire and flavour. The restaurant is currently undergoing a major refurbishment ahead of reopening as a newly renovated venue, with boutique guest rooms also being added to create a full hotel experience. You’ll be joining a new-look team helping deliver an ambitious and diverse menu built around the very best seasonal ingredients.
The Role – Chef de Partie
We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Chef de Partie who thrives in a busy, quality-driven kitchen environment.
- Running your section confidently during busy services (up to 150 covers)
- Working closely with the senior kitchen team on menu development and daily prep
- Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards
- Supporting a positive, energetic, and professional kitchen culture
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
- Managing stock quality and organisation within your section
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in quality-led kitchens or high-end gastro pubs/restaurants
- Passion for outstanding produce, particularly meat and fish
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with grill or fire cooking would be a major advantage
