About the Role

As a Head Waiter / Waitress, you’ll lead by example on the floor, ensuring every guest receives knowledgeable, attentive and personalised service. Working closely with the management and kitchen teams, you’ll help create a seamless guest experience while supporting and developing junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service and create memorable experiences for every guest
  • Lead a section confidently and efficiently during service
  • Support the training and development of junior front‑of‑house team members
  • Build strong product knowledge across the food and beverage offering
  • Make thoughtful recommendations to guests, driving sales through exceptional service
  • Ensure service standards are consistently maintained
