Responsibilities

  • Planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality English lessons across the curriculum.
  • Monitoring, tracking, and improving students' academic progress, engagement, and achievement.
  • Supporting students to take increasing responsibility for their learning and independent study.
  • Working closely with colleagues and SLT to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Maintaining a visible and proactive presence in classrooms and around the school to support student learning.
