What you'll do
- Efficiently bring dishes from the kitchen to the designated front‑of‑house area, ensuring dishes are clean, presentable, and serving equipment is polished and prepared.
- Prepare tea and coffee according to each guest’s preferences and ensure quality standards are met.
- Clearly label dishes with special requirements, deliver them to the correct table, and notify the Head Waiter of any special dish on the tray for proper handling.
- Set up tables and prepare equipment before the restaurant opens, and complete closing duties at the end of the day such as cleaning tables, storing equipment, and resetting the dining area.
- Adapt to shift‑based operational hours, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner as required.

- Physical Stamina: Able to stay on your feet for long periods, carry plates, trays, or other items safely.

- Basic Understanding of Food Safety: Knowing how to keep food and work areas clean and safe. (Training will be given.)
- Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in a Kitchen or Restaurant Environment: Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Understanding of How a Restaurant Works: Knowing how food moves from the kitchen to the table helps you work more easily with the team.
- Calm Under Pressure: Staying relaxed and focused when it’s busy or noisy.
