What you'll do:

  • Responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment for agreed roles and departments, including writing job descriptions, posting and managing adverts, and telephone screenings.
  • Support recruitment open days and campaigns, including tasks such as social media updates and proactive recruitment searches.
  • Play a key role with our early careers programme, supporting our Talent Acquisition Manager with graduate and placement programmes and school partnership programmes.
