What you’ll do
- As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a wide range of spa treatments and delight our guests:
- Guest Care and Treatments: Provide massages, beauty treatments, facials, and nail care; retail skin care products; complete consultation forms; maintain high standards in the treatment room.
- Guest Requests: Handle guest preferences for therapists and treatment methods with intuition and empathy, especially for celebrations.
What you’ll bring
- Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous spa experience of at least 3 years as a beauty therapist performing a wide range of treatments.
- Qualifications: ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage (including deep tissue and electrical facial/body treatments). Knowledge of treatments, contra-indications and skincare retail sales is desirable.
- Strong verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel.
- Immaculate personal grooming standards.
Preferred Skills
- Qualification in Reflexology.
