- Oversee the daily operations of the Cake & Flower Shop, ensuring smooth service, team coordination, and an exceptional guest experience.
- Support the production and presentation of cakes, pastries, floral arrangements, and bespoke guest gifting items, ensuring they meet the highest visual and quality standards.
- Manage and fulfil guest orders, offering personalised advice and assistance while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Supervise the team on shift, offering guidance, training, and ensuring adherence to service and product standards.
- Assist in inventory control, maintaining stock levels of key items and liaising with suppliers when required.
- Ensure the shop's displays are regularly refreshed, aligned to brand standards, and reflect current seasonal offerings or promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to support special events, guest celebrations, or corporate gifting requirements.
- Help maintain records of orders, stock, and supplier deliveries, ensuring efficiency and compliance with administrative processes.
- Maintain a welcoming, polished environment for guests and ensure the shop floor is consistently immaculate.
- Support the manager in training new team members and maintaining a culture of creativity, excellence, and five-star hospitality.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or patisserie service environments.
- A keen eye for presentation, detail, and personalisation, with a passion for luxury gifting and guest delight.
- Experience supporting a team and stepping into supervisory responsibilities, including training, quality checks, and daily operations.
- Comfortable handling guest orders, special requests, and coordination with other hotel teams.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
