Senior Events Manager – The Dorchester
The Senior Events Manager will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across the Dorchester Collection.

Responsibilities
- Account management of key party planners and clients, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
- Mentoring and coaching team members, monitoring performance with the Head of Group & Events, and facilitating annual performance development plans (PDPs) for direct reports.
- Negotiating rates, packages and offerings with the proactive sales team to secure competitive pricing and deliver exceptional value to guests.
- Coordinating special requests including venue, room preferences, dietary requirements and event occasions.
- Communicating with hotel departments and the wider team to align operational requirements and maintain seamless execution.
- Living the company’s values through consistent behaviours and actions, and contributing to the legacy of the Dorchester Collection.
