As a Revenue Manager, you’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our colleagues and our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maximising rooms revenue through accurate forecasting, rate management, and optimising the channel and market mix.
- Implementing revenue management strategies and processes to optimise and maximise revenues throughout the hotel, supporting the Area Director of Revenue.
- Facilitating smooth and effective communication with all departments to ensure a seamless, highly satisfactory service.
- Showing flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests involving special rates for long stays or corporate agreements.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous revenue management experience is essential.
- Previous knowledge of hotel systems, preferably including GDS, PMS, Revenue Management, Group and Analytical systems and software such as SynXis, Opera, IDeaS.
- Highly computer literate, skilled and knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel (Macros, Visual Basic & Pivot Tables).
- Strong communication skills with a customer service ethos.
- English is the primary language used in our hotel; you can comfortably communicate in this language.
