When you join us as a Revenue Manager, you start a unique opportunity to become celebrated as the very best in your field. What you’ll do:
- Review the daily pick-up by hotel at least twice per day looking at the current month and the next two months while identifying daily shifts in demand.
- Produce daily & weekly reports for each hotel, ensuring data accuracy and consistency of delivery.
- Update IDeaS RMS & Cognos (Finance) systems with Budget and Forecast changes.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in Revenue Management within 5 star Luxury hospitality.
- Trainings and/or certifications in Analysis, Revenue Management and Sales are an asset.
- Previous knowledge of hotel systems preferably to include GDS, PMS, Revenue Management, Group and Analytical systems and software such as SynXis, Opera, IDeaS.
- Strong verbal communication skills and be well presented.
- Ability to empower team members to deliver bespoke services to all guests.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
