What You'll Do

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across refrigeration and laundry equipment.
  • Ensure all plant and equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Provide a high-quality engineering service within a luxury hospitality environment.

What You'll Bring

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engineering, preferably in residential or luxury property settings.
  • Proven experience managing systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
  • Demonstrable experience in handling emergency maintenance situations.
