What
you’ll do
As a Purchasing Assistant, you\’ll
enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
- Adaco maintenance – system administration
and coordination of requests to meet the needs of the three UK Hotel
Operations. This includes but not
limited to addition / update of products, vendors, categories, quotations,
users etc. and ensuring information is current and correct. Prioritize enquiries dependent on Hotel
needs. - Monitor and maintain system integrity,
reporting any discrepancies or issues - Process food invoices and credits daily
ensuring all details match purchase orders and deliveries. - Investigate and resolve invoice
discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and internal departments in
timely manner. - Scan food invoices accurately to DocuWare
in line with document control procedures. - Maintain organised, accessible records for
audit and reporting purposes. - Support the team with administrative
duties and procurement reporting. - Liaise with suppliers regarding order
queries and deliveries - Coordinate with other hotel departments to
ensure smooth supply chain operations. - Handle email and telephone enquiries.
- Coordinate order and deliveries of
supplies to DC Head Office.
